My approach

As a practicing counsellor and psychotherapist I have over 10 years experience treating individuals, couples, adolescents and families. I assist clients seeking treatment for depression and anxiety, trauma, complex mental health presentations, substance use & addictions and couples seeking relationship counselling.

More than anything, people want to feel relief from therapy, to better understand their situation and feel like they have a way forward. I’ve worked with an enormous variety of client challenges to help them improve their circumstances.

Private Individual Consultation

Personal counselling or psychotherapy provides an opportunity to meet with an experienced therapist and discuss, in confidence, any problems, worries or life issues you might be facing. These are not limited to but might include: stress and anxiety, problems with personal or intimate relationships, addiction and family issues.

 
Couples Counselling.png

Couples Counselling Consultation

Relationship therapy, or couples counselling, allows space for couples to communicate openly in the hopes of finding solutions to problems within their relationship. The main focus of this therapy is improving communication between couples, learning new approaches to conflict management and working to getting couples on the same ‘team’ again.
