An ACT based response to the lockdown
Hey, I hope everyone is looking after their mental health in these challenging times and being kind to themselves - no shame in speaking up and reaching out for help if you’re doing it a bit tough.
I came across this great free resource by Act pioneer Russ Harris on effectively responding to COVID and had to share. As an Acceptance Commitment Therapist it really spoke to me in the type of work i do with clients, especially around anxiety, depression and overall mental wellbeing.
